We would like to extend an invitation to each conference registrant to attend a free dinner and speaker presentation on Wednesday September 22, 2010 from 8-9 PM at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. 

Serge Simon Leclerc, PhD from Medical & Scientific Advisor at Bayer HealthCare will be presenting on Hemostatic Agents.

We would like to thank Bayer for generously sponsoring this dinner and speaker event.

Certificates of attendance will be provided for this presentation.

Registration Information

1. Registration will take about 10 min.
2. The first page will ask your contact information and registration choices. When you click on "move on to payment", you will then be given the option to review your contact information and registration choices. You may either cancel or continue to payment.
3. After you review your choices and they are correct, you can print that page off as a confirmation of registration. Note: You have not registered until you click on the "go to payment" button.
4. Once you click" continue on to payment", your registration has been submitted.
5. You will then be forwarded to PayPal. Paypal will only give a total amount  of payment- it does not give an itemized receipt. You may wish to keep track of individual prices and total.
6. You will receive a reciept from PayPal via email for  your payment.
7. You may register for the physician sessions either with us, or through their website www.csvs.ca
